Structure, function and status

• Our Blue Future's multi-stakeholder governance is representative of the Sustainable Blue Economy (SBE) actors in the WIO and has enhanced its capacity to lead change collectively.
• Our Blue Future is endorsed by governments in the WIO region.
• Our Blue Future has initiated a portfolio of partner-led on the ground partnerships for an SBE, part of an enlivened, regional Transformation Network.
• Resources are in the process of being secured by Our Blue Future to establish the technical and funding facilities.

Added value

• Our Blue Future is supporting the implementation of public policy.
• Our Blue Future has increased the level of engagement of civil society and private sector in regional ocean governance.
• Our Blue Future is enabling local actors, projects and partnerships to adopt and practice SBE principles.
• Our Blue Future has levered significant investments into supporting an SBE.
